Kid’s Program – Location Gym
In partnership with MissionConnexion Southwest, Grace Community Church is excited to offer a Missions Program for children in grades K-5 Saturday, November 4, from 9:30 AM -12:00 PM. Your kids will have the opportunity to learn about God’s purpose and love for all the nations of the earth. Space is limited to 40 kids so be sure to register early!
Your kids will learn how God is at work in the nations of the earth as we address the questions below along with other activities, games, and instruction.
- What is missions anyway?
- Why does God send people to share the Gospel?
- Who does God send? Where do they go?
- What is an unreached people group? This is not childcare.
We are offering a K-5 program about missions.

WHAT THE TOPICS ARE
Defending the Story – This track will help you address objections to Jesus as you share the Gospel story in different cultures and contexts.
Engaging the Story – We’ll be learning and practicing how we can engage people and make them want more simply by telling Jesus stories.
Healing My Story – Rather than your story disqualifying you from God’s plan, we’ll look at how your story is the setting for God’s work in your life and those hurting around you.
Multiplying the Story – We’ll explore how we can create a wave of transformation by introducing Jesus’ story into new places.
My Career & My Story – Why change your story, when God can use your real-life talents, skills, and experiences to magnify the Jesus Story?
Reconciling Our Story – Come explore how the Gospel has been bringing glory from the shame of people’s stories around the world and how you can be part of this ministry of reconciliation.
Reviving the Story – This track will review revivals of the Gospel story from history and around the world so that we might see an even bigger revival of God’s story in our time and place.
Starting Our Story Locally – In this track, we’ll explore how to sew the seeds of Jesus’ Global story locally.
Tasting the Story – Do you know the whole story? Get a taste of 3 ministries that will help you understand God’s big story for humanity and your part of this story.
Telling My Story – Learn where to find the power of the Gospel in your story and how to share it with others.
The MissionConnexion Story – This track will look at Jesus’ story in Arizona and how He is using Arizonans in His story around the world.
The Native American Story – We’ll look at the both the challenges to the Gospel and the relevance of the Jesus Story for Native American and Indigenous People.
Uniting Our Story – Learn how to unite around Jesus’ story for His glory rather than go the route of the Lone Ranger.
Welcoming with the Story – Come learn how to listen to the stories of refugees while encouraging them with Jesus’ story.
