Rev. Dr. Sameh Maurice, Senior Pastor of Kasr el Dobara Evangelical Church in Cairo, Egypt – the largest church in the Middle East – will be sharing with us some of the exciting things they see happening in that region. Some may recall that Jake, Brian, and I were invited and traveled to Cairo back in August to meet with about 60 pastors in two major cities. We were very moved by what we experienced as Pastor Maged Toma, who will also be with us, served as our host. You won’t want to miss this on Friday night – plus we will host a special info/Q&A meeting on Saturday during the lunch hour for pastors and leaders!
Lauren Bixler, a Junior at Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky will be sharing her personal testimony of what she and other students experienced when the Holy Spirit seemed to “visit” their campus in what has come to be known as “The Asbury Outpouring” – a revival that began on a Wednesday Chapel, February 8, 2023 and continues to the present. She will share in a special lunchtime session on Saturday, January 20. What did it mean for those at Asbury? What lessons can we learn? What is happening on campus now? Come with your questions for the Q&A Saturday Lunch session!
